This website is hosted by Maria Garcia Medina, a/k/a Maria Garcia, property owner of Apt 817 and also Apt 415, which has been flooded for three years due to the fact the Board of Mike, Jori and Yoni, and the Management Company, American Management Group 1 LLC and its subsidiary, Association Specialty Group LLC. and its managers and employees have refused to call the plumber to repair the plumbing the Association owns.
